About Us
Our Origins
Alleviate Inc. was a dream in 2008 but formally came to life in 2020 when it was registered as a Charity organization in PNG, after
witnessing the devastating impact of Covid-19 on families and
communities in Port Moresby.
It is built on the premise that Papua New
Guineans are a generous and caring people – given the opportunity,
we will care for each other.
We seek to implement initiative projects and engage ordinary citizens
to assist in alleviating the challenges faced by others.
• Alleviate Inc. under the Alleviate Project actively seeks to ease the
burden of poverty and suffering and promote a sharing economy.
• Our goal is to ensure that Papua New Guineans have access to the
key essentials needed in life in order to sustain themselves and their
wellbeing.
• We seek to carry out various initiative projects and engage ordinary
citizens to assist in alleviating the challenges faced by others.
Vision
To see vulnerable people restored, empowered, and given the opportunity to live with dignity, purpose, and hope.
Mission
To alleviate hardship in Papua New Guinea by providing practical support, training, rehabilitation, education, and opportunity to vulnerable people and communities.
