About Us
Alleviate Employment Agency is a Papua New Guinean-owned initiative dedicated to empowering recent graduates and underprivileged individuals through job readiness training, real work experience, and community-focused development programs.
Officially registered in 2025 but operating since 2018, we exist to bridge the gap between education and employment. Through our tailored On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs and life skills workshops, we equip young people with the tools, confidence, and opportunities they need to succeed in today’s workforce.
Our mission goes beyond employment—we’re here to transform lives. From feeding thousands through our humanitarian outreach to placing graduates in reputable organizations like BSP, PwC, and Deloitte, everything we do is driven by our belief that together, we can build a better future for Papua New Guinea.
4 Week Program
Our 4-week On-the-Job Training program gives recent graduates real work experience with real businesses. Participants are placed in professional environments where they gain practical skills, build confidence, and improve their chances of securing full-time employment. Top performers are often recommended for future job openings.
